This room is named after the esteemed wife of Richard John Seddon. Louisa Jane Spotswood/Seddon was without a doubt, one of early Kumara`s most-respected female pioneers. She was a talented, strong lady who always displayed kindness and compassion to all.

This room would make any Victorian woman proud. Walls are adorned with soft bouquets of pink and green tumbling roses, has plush carpet to sink your toes into, a Victorian dressing table, velvet drapes and all the charms of another elegant period of time.

The bed can be either king-sized or two singles.
